Andrew Litchfield BSc (Vet) (Hons) BVSc (Hons)
Andrew is from a sheep and beef cattle property near Cooma. He graduated with honours from University of Sydney in 1990 gaining a Bachelor of Vet Science and a Bachelor of Science in molecular genetics. In 1991 he started work at the Orange Veterinary Hospital as a new graduate. In 1993/4 he worked in a dairy and equine practice in England before returning to Orange and becoming a partner at Orange Veterinary Hospital.
Andrew has represented the Australian Veterinary Association on many committees and was NSW AVA president in 1997/1998. Whilst Andrew enjoys all aspects of mixed practice he has special interests in small animal medicine, orthopaedic surgery and large animal reproduction, especially artificial breeding in horses.

Kim Rolls BVSc
Kim joined Orange Veterinary Hospital in 1999 and became a partner with Bob and Andrew in 2005. From a rural background in Northern NSW Kim graduated from Sydney University in 1979.
He has worked in mixed practices in Sydney, Narromine and Egham in Surrey, England. Kim has spent a number of years working in the sheep and cattle feedlot industry, cattle stud industry and as a nutritionist for a feed mill. Kim enjoys spending time with his family and friends, cooking and sampling red wine.
John Mason BVSc
John has been a practicing veterinarian since 1996. He grew up on a sheep and cattle property near Wellington and after completing his degree at the University of Sydney in 1995, he worked for several years in Orange. To gain wider experience John spent a few more years practicing in the UK and Sydney before returning to Orange Veterinary Hospital.
He has special interests in small animal surgery and medicine and is qualified as an AQIS recognized Veterinarian for all exporting animals. John has also completed further training in acupuncture.
Sunita Neville BVSc
Sunita grew up in Terrey Hills and graduated from the University of Sydney in 1995. After graduating she spent 6 years in the UK working in various mixed and small animal practices in and around Berkshire. On returning to Sydney Sunita worked in small animal practice on the Northern Beaches.
A two month stint vaccinating horses during the equine influenza outbreak in Gunnedah at the end of 2007 prompted a renewed enthusiasm for mixed practice and was the catalyst for a move to Orange in early 2008.
Sunita works part time at Orange Veterinary Hospital and spends the remainder of her time juggling 3 small children, reading, gardening and horse riding.
Megan Kelly
Megan grew up on my family property near Wellington and attended school in Dubbo. Megan knew she wanted to be a vet from the age of 16 and attended Charles Sturt University in Wagga. After five long years of study the inaugural Veterinary Science class graduated in 2010 and Megan started work at OVH in November 2010.
Megan's interests lies in mixed practice work and she enjoys the variety of species she gets to work with at OVH. Megan's interests include running, swimming and reading.
Lucienne Downs
After graduating from Murdoch University in 1998, Lucienne worked as a veterinarian in mixed practice in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. When she returned to Australia she commenced work at Armadale - Byford Veterinary Hospital which is a mixed practice on the outskirts of the Perth metropolitan area. During this time she started a Master of Veterinary Studies at Murdoch University and completed this in 2006. In 2006 Lucienne gained Membership to the Australian College of Veterinary Scientists by examination in Small Animal Medicine. Lucienne moved to Sydney to take a position at the University of Sydney Teaching Hospital where she had the benefit of learning from specialists in medicine, surgery and anesthesia. After this she moved to Broken Hill where she had been working at the RSPCA Veterinary Hospital for 3 and a half years. This was a very rewarding and challenging position. Lucienne moved to Orange with her partner, 2 dogs, 2 cats and pony all from Broken Hill RSPCA Shelter. Lucienne loves working as a vet and being able to use her experience and knowledge to work with people to improve the well being of animals.
Kate Burnheim
Kate graduated from Charles Sturt University, Wagga Wagga. She was raised in Coonamble where her parents still operate a cropping and cattle farm and her mum breeds Warmblood horses. Kate is looking forward to mixed animal practice with special interests in equine medicine and small animal surgery, her other interests include running, hockey,and showjumping.
